High Temperature Axial Fan

The high temperature axial fan is designed for ventilation and smoke exhaust in hot environments. From project start in 2019 to full production in 2021, we invested heavily in equipment. Our Guangde plant has laser welders and resistance welders. These meet the special needs of the product for welding and heat-resistant materials. We hold several utility patents. These include the patent for "An Axial Fan." This technical base supports our product development.

The key difference for the high temperature axial fan is long-term continuous work in hot air. We use high-temperature rated motors and insulation. The motor winding uses Class H insulation. It can handle temperatures above 180℃. Bearings use high-temperature grease. The casing uses heat-resistant steel or stainless steel. It has a low thermal expansion coefficient and does not deform. The impeller gets a special heat treatment. It keeps good mechanical strength and balance in high heat. The drive and cooling design are also optimized.

Our high temperature axial fan considers fire smoke exhaust and high-temperature process needs. In a fire, the fan can run for a set time (like 300℃ for 2 hours). This gives people time to evacuate. Beyond fire safety, the product is used in metallurgy, glass, and ceramics. It is also used in waste heat recovery systems. Our engineering team does detailed thermal calculations for each project. This ensures the product works reliably in real conditions.
