Domestic centrifugal fan manufacturers mainly produce over 50 series and more than 400 specifications of energy-saving centrifugal fans, including large industrial blowers, ventilation fans, gas blowers, coke oven blowers, multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal blowers, and single-stage high-speed centrifugal blowers. These products are widely used in steel smelting, thermal power generation, new dry-process cement, petrochemicals, wastewater treatment, waste heat recovery, gas recovery, and nuclear power.
Traditional businesses will benefit from energy-saving renovations, with a market capacity replacement of 2.16 billion yuan expected in the next three years. Over 95% of the revenue from domestic large industrial centrifugal fan businesses comes from the four major industries of steel, cement, thermal power, and petrochemicals. Although the steel and cement industries have already experienced overcapacity issues, and the construction of new capacity will slow down, with my country's large-scale industrial restructuring, the continued implementation of energy-saving renovation projects such as replacing small-scale operations with large-scale ones, energy conservation and emission reduction, and industrial environmental protection will generate a large demand for centrifugal fans. According to the State Council's "Notice on Further Strengthening the Work of Eliminating Backward Production Capacity," 100 million tons of backward production capacity in the steel, cement, and thermal power industries must be closed within 2-3 years. Preliminary estimates suggest that large-scale capacity substitution in downstream industries will increase the market capacity of large centrifugal fans by 2.16 billion yuan.
