Explosion-proof centrifugal fans can be mainly divided into explosion-proof centrifugal fans (GBL) and dust explosion-proof centrifugal fans (GFBL) according to the explosion-proof object.
Their model code includes information such as series, specifications, and transmission method. Taking "BF4-72-4.5A" as an example, "BF" represents explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant, "4-72" represents the model, "No4.5" represents the impeller outer diameter of 450 mm, and "A" represents the direct-drive motor. There is also a similar "B4-72" type explosion-proof centrifugal fan.
Key selection parameters include the transmission method, such as type A direct-drive motor, type C belt drive, and type D coupling drive, etc., and can also be specially made according to user requirements. Viewed from the motor end, clockwise rotation of the impeller is right-hand rotation, and counterclockwise rotation is left-hand rotation. The outlet angle is usually available in eight options: 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 270°, and 315°.
