Introduction To Non-powered Windproof Hoods

A non-powered ventilator, also known as a spherical ventilator or vortex ventilator, is a ventilation device installed on the roof of a building. It utilizes natural wind power or thermal pressure difference for operation, requiring no electricity. It achieves ventilation through the pressure difference between indoors and outdoors, primarily used to improve indoor air quality, reduce temperature, prevent mold, and extend building lifespan.

A non-powered ventilator typically consists of blades, a fan neck, a support frame, and bearings. It uses natural wind power for ventilation, requires no electricity, operates continuously with high efficiency and energy saving, is noiseless, spark-free, explosion-proof, and produces no pollution during operation.
